Teen and adult Karate and grappling classes given twice a week: On Thursdays at Beaconsfield Recreation centre (1974 City Lane) and on Saturday mornings from 10h 30 to 12h 30 at the Red Barn in Baie d'Urfe (20609 Lakeshore Road, Baie d'Urfe).
